forse non mi sono capito... ho tralasciato... imho (e non solo secondo me!) il più grosso problema di Chat Control NON è che un fornitore di servizi online (chat) ti chieda o no di identificarti. Il grosso problema è che qualsiasi fornitore di servizi online sia tenuto a "guardare" che cosa invii o ricevi in internet (questo può essergli utile p.es. per alimentare qualche LLM), e soprattutto che debba in caso di semplice sospetto (cioè se i suoi automatismi tipo AI o i suoi schiavi pachistani che non capiscono una ceppa di quello che scrivo in italiano "sospettano" a loro insindacabile giudizio attività illecite) sia tenuto a segnalarlo alle competenti autorità nazionali, generando un 40% di falsi positivi, cioè di "notizie di reato" a carico di onesti cittadini che saranno tenuti a dimostrare che non sono pedofili o altro. - Al Tram(onto) - -
