mia madre era toscana, io sono cresciuta con quel pane (anche se qui a Bologna la qualità non era eccezionale). Quando si andava dalla nonna ricordo ancora il fornaio, Remigio, che passava con l'ape a consegnare il pane. Mia nonna prendeva una pagnotta da un chilo, e poi per me prendeva un "grillo" (termine che da quelle parti indica il pisello), cioè un piccolo sfilatino quasi tutta crosta, che io mangiavo con voluttà (sì, fatevi pure il film mentale pornografico, ma ero piccola e innocente), possibilmente con companatico saporito, tipo il cipollotto appena strappato alla terra dell'orto oppure la finocchiona. Anche per me è sapore di casa e d'infanzia. E ora mi viene quasi da piangere (scusate, ho bevuto mezza boccia di Vermentino e sono un po' rammollita) - Sandrinha - -
