I am speaking Norwegian more and more each day. Trying out a bit of conversation with complete strangers to build some confidence. I'm listening to the news in Norwegian, having little conversations with an "imaginary friend," And, now, I am dreaming in Norwegian. :) I understand why my teacher has to aim for the middle, but she's been great at encouraging us to go as fast as we want on our own. Of course, in class, we do a lot of repetition. Maybe about 20% new information and 80% repetition each day. That is good because I need repetition to really get the words to sink in my brain. :) - Jenny H - [ 4 ] -
