Questa è la vera storia di Celso Cesare Moreno, partito da Dogliani, in Piemonte, e arrivato all’altro capo del mondo, come ministro e amico fraterno del Re delle Hawaii. In mezzo, di tutto: guerre, affari internazionali, incarichi diplomatici, matrimoni con principesse orientali, terre promesse e mille avventure. Nel corso della sua vita, Celso ha cambiato tutto, e ha cercato di cambiare il mondo, arrivando a compiere imprese che nessuno avrebbe mai potuto immaginare. Sempre da solo, sempre contro i potenti che cercavano di fermare il progresso, sempre alla ricerca di un futuro impossibile. Vittorioso e sconfitto, abilissimo a muoversi nelle culture di mille popoli diversi, affarista senza scrupoli e salvatore dei bambini di strada, Celso ha avuto mille volti, maschere oscure e grandi slanci di umanità. Questo episodio non serve a dare un giudizio sulla sua vita, ma a raccontarla, perché una vita così non può essere dimenticata. The Linux operating system includes a mechanism that passes messages between processes. The implementation allows messages flagged as urgent to skip the queue. This piece of code contains the tiniest of bugs, a dangling pointer which reveals a single byte of data somewhere in the computer’s memory.
