Innanzitutto, sarei meno succube della propaganda nostrana che descrive i fenomeni populisti con caratteristiche di fascismo. Andrei più cauto nell’affibbiare etichette. Gli stessi media che per anni hanno accusato la sinistra di utilizzare con troppa leggerezza il termine “fascismo”, vedi la legge Bossi-Fini sull’immigrazione, adesso utilizzano tale categoria con disinvoltura - Haldo 9000 - -

There was a time, not so very long ago, when it was widely accepted that the job of the left was to explain how free-market capitalism is bad for the poor and bad for social cohesion more generally. The left was supposed to show that in free markets, wealth doesn’t trickle down, it bubbles up. Ma comunque la si vuole mettere, in ogni caso quello è stato lo spettro sul quale il socialismo europeo si è confrontato per molti anni. Se per politicamente rilevante intendi politici di carriera e di alto livello credo che no, non sbagli. Io ieri leggevo un'analisi di un professore del MIT che mi sembrava abbastanza rilevante, però in effetti se non se lo fila nessuno non so quanto importi. Per il resto: boh, colpevoli con quali conseguenze? Bush, Powell, Blair e tutti gli altri in che modo hanno pagato?
