I want to punch my Muse.
Here I am, painstakingly planning the changes for the submission draft of a novel in progress, when my Muse barges into the office and VOMITS the opening of a new and unscheduled sequel into my lap.
(And there's another novel, not to mention a novella, in the queue first!)
