Beh, chiaro che gli incentivi li si paga in bolletta, com'è chiaro anche che in percentuale incidono di più nei periodi di contrazione dei consumi. Le parole di Passera non mi sono sembrate così drastiche e l'ipotesi di una rimodulazione ragionata non mi sembra così fuori dal mondo, visti gli obiettivi raggiunti e visto che le prospettive di crescita sono quello che sono. - mattiaq - -
