Well, yeah. A "Tag" is a watch. Tagg could be short for "Taggert" which sounds about as moneyed as you get.

Now that hot dogs & buns are both packed in eights, let's stop LED flashlights from taking three AAA batteries while chargers charge 2 or 4.
Even so, the military still has James Rhodes in the War Machine armor, so they're not averse to using Iron Man gear, they just haven't mass-produced it for some reason.
