And to follow-up on Northern Rail's statement: Why should the media have less rights than a regular citizen, who can film all they want? And isn't that prior restraint to prevent the filming of employees? As a public event (albeit on private property), the employees have no expectation of privacy. Media can film them all they want, and Northern Rail can sort it out afterwards if it is broadcast/published.
