Who says an executive email carpetbombing doesn't work? I've been trying for a month to schedule delivery of our household stuff that's been in storage. I pushed out a shotgun message last night at 8:04 PM which included the CEO and COO of the moving company. I had a response from the COO in 14 minutes and have a Thursday morning delivery!
