The oddest things happen on the internet. We just had an online customer yesterday from Eau Claire, Wisconsin and I was "I know that town!". Not saying I know exactly WHERE it is but I recognize the name. :)
In Michigan, I had an out of state call asking for information on the project at (his pronunciation) "Salt Stee Marie."

Things I dislike #1453: That instant of realization that instead of clicking to an existing tab, you just clicked the "X" to close it. (And the panicked attempt to click on the tab to try and somehow override the action.)
I think Firefox brings back the text box contents, actually. But even if it didn't, I have a Firefox extension that auto-caches text box contents for just such eventualities.

A bitch. Why does IT make my log in name all caps and then require my new password to be mixed case? Just saying the old log in for the past 15 years worked a-ok. I dare you to move the key port on your vehicle and see how many times you mess up ;)

Trying some Bigelow Cozy Chamomile Herbal Tea. I'm not sure that I've had it before but initial taste test is good. Trying to balance out the coffee I'm drinking for my overnight shift while being able to sleep when I get home in the AM.
